A Boutique Devonshire Flower Farm.
Growing Heritage Blooms
We specialise in high quality seasonally grown flowers for sale in our online shop, available for local deliveries only. The majority are grown from seed here on the edge of Dartmoor in Devon. Our seasonality allows us to grow a large variety of different blooms and many unable to be sourced from your local florist or wholesaler.
Unlike supermarket flowers, they are not mass-produced, and they have no air miles. Many are scented and traditional varieties adding to their charm and originality.
Now accepting bookings for our new courses
Growing Hardy Annuals on 7th September, Everlasting Wreath Course on 5th October and Start your own Cut Flower Garden on 16th October. Places limited and in high demand!
Local Deliveries in Yelverton
We deliver local bouquets within a 5-mile radius of our site in Yelverton but if you wish delivery further than this, please contact us and we will try to help you. Due to the nature of our blooms and the fact that we pick them at their best we require 4 working days advance warning for bookings. We now also send flowers by post with our unique Flower Therapy boxes which contains individually wrapped bunches of flowers together with foliage to make either a large arrangement or several smaller arrangements- see our shop page.
Why Choose our Flowers?
As our flowers are not mass produced, we are able to combine them in unique arrangements with no two bouquets the same taking the shape and individuality of each flower and combining them to show their uniqueness and beauty. We combine them with grasses, foliage and herbs to complement each arrangement and present them either in Kraft wrapping or hessian which is compostable. Our use of plastic is kept to an absolute minimum even our sachets of flower food that accompany our bouquets are compostable.
Using only British Flowers
Out of season or when demand is high, we may use flowers from other British growers. These over the years I have come to know very well, and their ethos of flower growing is like my own- high quality unique blooms. We are also members of Flowers From the Farm, an organisation supporting small British growers championing the growing of high quality and diverse varieties of flowers. The organisation champions the belief of cooperation not competition with members supporting and educating each other on horticultural issues and informing the public of the beauty and originality of British grown flowers.

I am mainly self-taught via books and the internet but gained tremendous insight and knowledge from Floret, an American flower farm that started from scratch and embarked and completed their full course. I have also gained and shared knowledge being a member of Flowers From the Farm – a group of over 1000 diverse flower growers all over the UK who share knowledge and expertise with a spirit of collaboration and not competition.
